Sensors Quality Management Inc. was formed as a result of businesses requiring a third party to conduct independent evaluations of their operations. Unlike consultants, who tell you how to run your business, our company representatives simply inform you whether your company is operating in the manner which you desire. SQM works with your organization to identify the distinctive standards and characteristics which define your operation. Once accomplished, Sensors Quality Management Inc. will ascertain whether the policies and procedures developed by your organization are in place and being followed. A variety of different methods can be used to evaluate the operation, including site visits and telephone calls.


Mystery Shopping

To perform this service, two types of Mystery Shoppers can be used. As many of our clients are looking to obtain the opinion of a "typical customer", we simply choose local residents who are interested in participating in market research. In the event that a more critical view of the operation is required, SQM will use shoppers who have experience in your particular industry. Based on your program's goals, Sensors will select representatives from the appropriate backgrounds, educational levels, and age groups.
