And as such any information received via email, facsimile, phone or contract is used solely for the purpose, which it is obtained, as outlined in the retainer, to provide information or feedback that will assist in providing you with the greatest benefit. This information may be quantified for overall trending anonymously by SQM and may be stored for further evaluation.

The information is also stored in secure databases protected by network firewalls to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of personal company information.
